This Privacy Statement for the Dream Catcher App (the “App”) is provided by Global Health & Safety LLC (“Global”), which arranged for development and availability of the App.
Collection of your Personal Information
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. These may include: (a) registering for an account on our Site; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services on our Site. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
Information Collected By The App
The App collects the following information from you: the username you selected; the type of notification you requested; and a unique series of numbers and letters which ties the App on your device to the server. In addition, the App receives information supplied by you as to your goals, aspirations, character, and plans (together, “Goals”). You alone determine the Goals to which you aspire and for which you would like to receive affirmations and reminders.
Use Made Of Your Information
One use, and only one use, is made of the information you provide. Periodically (most commonly, each day) push notifications are made to your phone of one of your Goals. No other use is made of your information. We do not sell it to any person or company. We do not share it with any person or company.
Changing Your Information
You can revise your Goals whenever you wish and as frequently as you wish. Future push notifications will be based on your revised Goals.
Your Control Over Information
You entirely control the information we possess. If you no longer wish us to have any information concerning you, all you need do is (a) delete the App from your phone, and (b) inform us that you have done so, by an email directed to aft@ghscompanies.com. Such email need do no more than identify the username you established when you set up the App, and state that you have deleted the App and no longer wish to receive push notifications. Upon receiving your email, we will take steps which will cause the information you have provided to be deleted from the server on which it has been maintained, and no further push notifications will be sent to your phone. We will not make any use of your email address and will not share it with any person or company.
Security
We take precautions to protect all of the information you provide. All such information is securely stored on a server hosted by Amazon Web Services; to access the server, a security certificate is required, which certificate is only available to an authorized user of Global’s Amazon Web Services account. All push notification requests made to the server are sent via HTTPS and are encrypted to ensure that your information is protected.
